What We Do...

WSW – About

Welcome to the Sanctuary

Tomorrow is tomorrow, the past is never to be repeated. So, we encourage you to come to the healing hotel where well-being hospitality, laughter, friendships, food, sunshine, beauty and peace are all under one roof.

The We Stay Well Healing sanctuary is a 300-year-old plantation nestled on the precious island of Barbados amidst the Caribbean Sea. She is hugged by azure seas and white beaches, where coconuts, seafood, breadfruit, and indigenous herbs become a staple diet.

Immerse into the hot tropical nights and days where we share the earth with the brilliant stars and the multitude of whistling frogs, singing crickets, chirping birds, wild flora and fauna.

This is Paradise, and we welcome anyone and all into our own version of the Garden of Eden. We are here to offer a cutting-edge wellness, hospitality and true nourishing care through daily mindfulness, yoga, meditation, sound and so many more healing modalities.

We also offer a wide range of integrative soul expansion programmes, beneficial memberships, life-awakening retreats and uniquely bespoke 1;1 sessions to suit your needs, as well as an eclectic range of accommodations to suit your preference.
